		<description>This is so true. But why stop at home building and web development? I think a plan or &quot;road map&quot; is essential tool of success, period. It doesnt matter if its home decoration, a recipe, a weightloss plan, etc. 

If you want to end up someplace, you need a plan for getting there. Otherwise, you&#039;ll only get there by chance. And that&#039;s not success, that&#039;s luck. 

How do you get your clients to express their ideas to you?</description>

Overall, this is a very good article Scott.  I honestly hope more people / viewers see this information prior to having a Website re-designed or built for the first time.  Not only would it cut down on the design time, it would cut down on the clients frustration.</description>
