I was wondering what to have for lunch today. Yum, PeiWei. I wonder if I can talk Mom into going there. It would be worth it to eat a plate of edamame. And a bottle of that Japanese beer Amy turned me on to. Sapporo! That was it.

Ive never just eaten edamame by itself. Only in stir fries and stuff. Is it steamed?

Boiled in salted water in the shell. Yum. I didn’t get to go eat them because Mom didn’t want to. Bummer.
